Spec Home for a Contractor

A contractor for whom we have designed a few projects asked us to create a “spec home” on a property he purchased. Our solution was a two story 3 bedroom 2 bath home that embraces the sloped site. The contractor did a splendid job on the build. What looks like exterior wood siding is actually cementous board that has been custom stained to look like natural wood grain.

There was a bidding war for the purchase of this pretty little home. The contractor was so delighted with the end result that he is purchasing more properties for us to design homes for.
