Spec Home for a Contractor

A contractor for whom we have designed a few projects asked us to create a “spec home” on a property he purchased. Our solution was a two story 3 bedroom 2 bath home that embraces the sloped site. The contractor did a splendid job on the build. What looks like exterior wood siding is actually Cementous board that has been custom stained to look like natural wood grain.
