Kirk Residence

George and Cindy Kirk wanted a retirement home large enough for family gatherings and hosting for exchange students. The site is very small, sloped and turns at multiple angles. Our solution is a 2500 sqft 3-bedroom 3.5-bath 2 story home that hugs the site and turns with the property setbacks. The angular nature of the floor plan provides many amazing views to the untouched valley beyond. The upper level is accesses off the street level and is ADA accessible. The home opens up into a large vaulted great room with a stretched custom kitchen island with seating for 12. The multiple sliding doors open onto a private covered deck. The master hallway leads to the master bedroom and master bathroom with his and hers walk in closets. The master bedroom has a large sliding glass door that opens to the vista on a private covered deck. Off the kitchen is a set of stairs that leads down to the lower level where we designed the guest bedroom suites that have a shared game room with a private covered deck. The home is a delightful, sun-bathed interior that is perfect for large family gatherings while providing a separate private wing for the exchange students.
