BoatHouse and Gazebo

It was a tough design. One architecture firm and an Engineering firm tried to get the site developed for the client. The engineer decided to give the project to me. I have a reputation for being able to deliver on difficult projects. It is important to understand building codes and zoning requirements. With a strong understanding of code and zoning it becomes easier to work with local jurisdictions. It’s important to be able to deliver what the client needs while providing the building department what it requires.

Here we have two structures next to Lake Tulloch in Copperopolis. The site can only be used for recreational purpose. So I designed a two level Gazebo at the top of the site and a Boathouse with a party deck/roof at the bottom of the site. This is going to be a great place to have summer parties. The client has a home across the street but wanted structures to entertain friends and family.
