Our client has a beautiful property next to a pond. He wanted an ADU that his mom could live in and be close. Our design solution was an easy to build and relatively inexpensive 1200 sqft 2-bedroom 2-bath home. The great room is just big enough for a dining table and entertainment area. The well appointed kitchen has everything a grandmother would need for holiday events. The master suite has a walk-in closet and roll in shower. The guest bedroom doubles as an office. The laundry room is large and has the second full bath attached. There is also a large attached 800 sqft garage. This delightful home is easy to maintain and provides a safe accessible space. The front cantilever roof gives great shade and creates a wonderful outdoor environment for afternoon relaxation or evening star gazing. The contractor did an excellent job with the build and the small touches of craftsmanship can be seen and felt throughout.
