Ark-1

We will be producing four of these typologies for a client. We are incorporating building technologies in a novel fashion. The end result will be a home that is faster and less expensive to build while being far more comfortable and energy efficient. I would love to tell you how I am achieving this but will keep my secrets for a bit.

Here we have my newest Ark. A 1,200 sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 260 sqft studio apartment. Set to go into construction in 2023
